Academics

School curriculum and learning materials

At LCS, we combine the Ghana Education Service (GES) syllabus and the Cambridge Curriculum to help provide our students with the wide variety of learning opportunity and to enable them to become more globally competitive. At the start of each academic year, there would be a MANDATORY Open House Session, to enable Parents/ Guardians familiarize themselves with the curriculum as well as acquire the necessary understanding in the school’s teaching methodologies.

Our mission and institutional direction demand that we combine some Cambridge textbooks with other Ghanaian-authored materials, which every student may be required to have. A list of the required and optional textbooks and learning materials would be provided for purchase at the school or personally. To avoid any litigations, only original textbooks or learning materials shall be permitted. NO PHOTOCOPIES would be allowed
