Admissions Overview

Thank you for your interest in Leadership Community School (LCS) – Wa. We are pleased that you are thinking about becoming part of our learning community. While we know that applying to enroll in a new school can be a time-consuming and sometimes an anxiety-producing process, we want you to know that we are always available to answer your questions as swiftly as possible. We hope we will be able to welcome you into our international school community soon. Use the application checklist below to keep track of all deliverables. JUST TICK AS YOU ACQUIRE THE RESPECTIVE INFORMATION. PLEASE PICK A FORM AT THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE ( located on the Primary & JHS campus). You may submit all completed application forms directly to our official email: [email protected] OR drop them off at the ADMISSIONS OFFICE. ADMISSIONS ARE OPENED FROM AUGUST-OCTOBER OF EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR. No admissions will be done outside of these dates.

ADMISSIONS ARE NOT BASED ON AGE ALONE! YOUR CHILD’S ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE IS THE PRIMARY DETERMINING FACTOR FOR ADMISSIONS INTO A SPECIFIC CLASS OR LEVEL.  

Fees

Application Fee

To cover costs related to processing applications, an Application Fee will be charged for all new applications for enrollment. Applications for enrollment will not be processed until payment of the Application Fee is received by the school. Where organizations cover the Application Fee, a promissory note may be accepted from the sponsoring organization in lieu of payment.

Registration Fee

A one-time non-refundable Registration Fee is assessed for each student accepted at LCS. The fee will be reviewed annually by the Board of Executives. When an application is accepted, a registration fee must be paid immediately to hold the place. When an application is accepted for enrollment during the academic year, a student may not start classes unless school fees are paid.

Tuition Fees

A Tuition Fee, established annually by the Board, shall be charged to all students to cover the operational expenses related to providing educational services for the year. Any arrears must be settled by the start of the 2nd month within the term. Any necessary increment shall be duly communicated at PTI meeting or in writing. Fees for each term/semester are payable on or before the respective deadlines.

  • CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Lunch / Feeding Fees

The lunch/ feeding fees shall be paid on a daily, weekly, monthly or termly basis. ONLY students with the Meal Voucher or on the paid lunch records shall be served meals in school. This fee is mandatory, and parents/ guardians are free to give their wards meals from home but must ensure the Feeding fees are paid.

  • Nursery 1 to B9: Amount would be indicated in the Student Bill to parents/ guardians

Technology Fees

The Technology fees shall be paid to help in acquiring and maintaining computers to aid in the effective tutoring of Information Technology.

  • B 1 to B 9: Amount would be indicated in the Student Bill to parents/ guardians

School Uniform Cost

Each student is required to purchase ALL school uniforms from the school.
